Atalntic Site Development, LLC was formed to provide quality site development services for the wireless telecommunications and public utility industries. Whether you are awarding Atlantic a contract for hundreds of new wireless facilities across multiple states, or you have one urgent site that needed to be completed yesterday, Atlantic is committed to completing all work on time, on budget. From project release to project completion, an Atlantic project manager will be assigned to track all project deliverables. Atlantic's goal is to become your number one preferred vendor for your projects and develop a long term relationship with your company.

Steve has been active in the wireless, utility, and real estate industries since 2004.  Prior to forming Atlantic Site Development, LLC, Steve served as Right of Way Project Manager for a land acquisition firm working on a major project for a public electric utility, Regional Project Manager of Site Acquisitions for a regional turnkey site development firm in the Philadelphia Market, and Project Manager on several other projects ranging from the cellular and wireless industry to utility right of way and land acquisitions .  

 

While originally from Suffolk County, New York, Steve now resides Burlington County, New Jersey and has worked throughout the Northeast from Maine to Washington DC.  While he specializes in site and land acquisition, he has a vast knowledge of zoning and permitting requirements and processes.

 

Currently, Steve is an active member in the New York Wireless Association, New Jersey Wireless Association and Pennsylvania Wireless Associations.
